Upon booking, you must sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of your driver's license.

Additionally, we require a security hold of $500 for each reservation.  We are API-connected with a trusted off-platform system Owner Rez which will safely and securely process the security hold 2 days before check-in and will release the hold up to 7 days after check-out.
